Lett Garvey Care (LGC) provides up to 18 week packages tailored specifically to each family’s needs. This approach aims to help a family transition with a newborn by providing practical, informational, and emotional care during the joyful time of infancy.
Our goal is to bring peace to chaos by offering a variety of services, including:

Reliable care for newborn(s) and sibling(s) and practical support to clients
❂ Household Management
Assistance with daily tasks to keep the household tidy and running smoothly such as laundry and dishes.
❂ Meal Prepping
Preparation of nutritious meals and one handed snacks to support the family’s health and well-being.
❂ Resource Referrals
Connections to other community resources such as lactation consultants, pediatricians, and local care services.
❂ Educational Information
A workbook including local community based connections for resources, referrals, and reading recommendations for clients.
❂ Advocacy
Ensuring that the client’s wishes are prioritized to medical staff, friends, and family.
❂ Photography
Capturing photos of your family during our time together and uploading them to an online album for easy access.
Postpartum Doula Support & Beyond
Lett Garvey Care (LGC) is the postpartum practice of Erin Garvey, a trained doula certifying through DONA International. She offers thoughtful, hands-on support to families during the early months with a newborn. Erin brings a calm presence and gentle, evidence-based care to help parents feel supported through each important transition. Whether that includes caring for a newborn or helping families as they return to work, Erin meets each family where they are and brings steady, practical knowledge. When additional childcare is needed, her wife Michelle, who has years of experience with young children, may offer sibling support to help ease the daily rhythm of life with a baby. Together, they are honored to care for growing families throughout the St. Louis community.
